Affiliate Disclosure
Effective Date: July 7, 2026
The short version
Some outbound links in the ValueTCG Terminal app and on this website — for example "buy" links that open a card's listing on a marketplace — may be affiliate links. If you make a purchase after following one, we may earn a commission from the marketplace. This never costs you anything extra, and it is one of the ways we keep the free tier free.
What affiliate links never touch
The terminal's job is the number. Affiliate relationships have no influence on:
- The prices we display, which come from licensed market-data feeds;
- How cards, boxes, or grading plays are ranked or scored;
- Which marketplace a card links to — you can set your preferred venue in the app's settings;
- Any EV, ROI, or audit computation.
If a data source and a commercial incentive ever pointed in different directions, the data source wins. A terminal that shades its numbers is worthless, and we know it.
Who we may have affiliate relationships with
We participate in (or have applied to) affiliate programs operated by marketplaces where trading cards are bought and sold, which may include TCGplayer (via the impact.com partner network) and the eBay Partner Network. The set of programs can change; this page reflects the current state.
FTC compliance
This disclosure is made in accordance with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's guidelines on endorsements and material connections (16 CFR Part 255). Links that may earn us a commission are ordinary marketplace links — we do not publish sponsored reviews or paid placements.
